Looks like 1967 was the last year for silver in the coins. There are some dimes from 1968 that are silver as well as made out of nickel. The silver coins were .800 silver .200 copper ( dime -$). I believe in 1968 Canada had a dime shortage so 70 million were minted in silver, 87 million minted in nickel at the Ottawa mint and 85 million minted at the Philadelphia mint here in the states. The Ottawa mint dimes have a V shaped groove and the Philadelphia mint ones have a flat bottomed groove
